General instruction for application before apply Offline

• Any candidate who is not eligible to use scribe as per guidelines referred above but uses scribe in the online examination shall be disqualified to participate further in the process of recruitment
• The above mentioned a hand written declaration has to be in the candidate handwriting and in English only and should not be in Capital letters. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else
